ideal location kitchen facilities
The location IS ideal. I could easily walk to all attractions. The room included a kitchen with a microwave and fridge, facilities I used to prepare food and make coffee.

adequate location, some issues
small room inadequate space
the room was quite small we often bumped into each other the bathroom was also small it was difficult to get ready i requested assistance with the heating system it repeatedly shut off so staff replaced it , made the room more comfortable i would have expected a more spacious room for the price

friendly staff central location outdated room thin walls
the staff was friendly (i appreciated that). the location was central, and i could easily walk to many attractions.
the room felt somewhat outdated. i also noticed thin walls between rooms, and i could hear noise from other guests.

broken tiles mold smell
The location was acceptable at least.
The room smelled strongly of mold. The bathroom had broken tiles and hair on the shower curtain I found this unacceptable. A door in the room seemed to connect to the room next door that was also unsettling.

spacious room perfect location
The hotel room felt spacious and the location was perfect. I found the price good for that location. They provide a luggage room, so I stored my luggage after check-out until the evening.
My room was not ready on arrival. It was hours into the check in window. I think a little more care would be welcome when things don't go well.

The staff always seems charming. They are helpful. I appreciate the lift, it helped my elderly mother a lot. We found an outside seating area and that was nice in the evening.

amazing location friendly staff modern comfort
The hotel location is amazing. It's near the markt! the front desk staff are friendly. the junior suite included modern comforts and medeivel architecture. i loved my time in my room.
The rooms were small. I could hear sounds from other rooms.
